At the heart of the 3 valleys, in the authentic village of Saint Martin de Bellevilles / Villarabout.
Nestled at 1500 m altitude, on the ground floor of an individual chalet. Spacious 85 m² surface (on one level). 3 bedrooms, each equipped with its bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large south-west facing living room, sun setting on private garden / terrace.
Ideal for a large family or 4 adults + 4 children. (Maximum 8 people)
Ski locker.
Washing machine, dishwasher.
Private courtyard with 2 parking spaces nominative attached to the cottage
Access to slopes and ski pass 5 minutes by car or free shuttle bus (100 m from the chalet)
Free shuttle 100 meters from the chalet.

Large kitchen integrated and separate, with direct access to outside / terrace.
Equipped with 4 cooking rings, hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Large 8 seater table in the kitchen / dining rooms.
Separate living room with large sofas for après-ski cocooning. TV, cable / satellite.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom: sink, shower, heated towel rail
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom: sink, shower, heated towel rail
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80 cm) + 1 bunk bed (2 x 80 cm) and en-suite bathroom: washbasin, bathtub, heated towel rail, wc
Separate WC
Station quality label: 4 Flakes "gold"
The reception is done by the owner or the chalet manager
Cleaning charge: 170 € for the week
On request, we offer the following options:
1/ Sheets, comforter covers, towels, dish towels and beds made up on arrival.
2/ Daily morning cleaning between 10am and 12pm
3/ Mid-stay cleaning
4/ Wood supply for the wood stove.
These options are not included in the basic rates. To see directly with the owner according to the number of people in the accommodation.
To facilitate your access to the resort (and thus avoid the inevitable "traffic jams" during the "chassés / croisés"), to favour the ideal ski conditions on Saturday and the quality of your welcome and your installation, we prefer to welcome you from Sunday to Sunday if your schedules allow it.

Le chalet est très agréable et bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description, l'accès aux pistes en voiture est très facile, et le contact avec le propriétaire est très pro. Je recommande cette location !

Nous sommes 2 couples d'amis éloignés et nous souhaitions nous retrouver ensemble pour partager de bons moments. Nous avons trouvé l'endroit idéal pour la convivialité. Les enfants dormaient tous ensemble. Pour les adultes, des chambres agréables avec des salle d'eau privatives. La décoration raffinée est agréable et permet de se détendre au coin du feu. Excellentes vacances, je recommande.

C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons séjourné dans ce Chalet très Cosy. Tout est fonctionnel et rien ne manque. Le petit Bémol est venu de la Météo qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse et du Barbecue .... Mais rien de bien méchant car la Région est MAGNIFIQUE ce qui nous a permis de profiter de belles Randonnées avec des vues incroyables. De plus Saint Martin de Belleville est un Village agréable de par ses commerces divers et locaux.... AVEC UNE MENTION 20/20 à l'Art B (Restaurant) qui nous à surpris de par la qualité des produits proposés, ainsi que par l'accueil et la gentillesse du Personnel (Merci à Raphael et son Equipe). Et bien sur MERCI à Olivier, qui à su répondre de façon explicite à nos demandes diverses, et ce avec gentillesse et respect, ainsi que pour ses conseils... Et Merci à Fabrice, et sa Famille pour leurs conseils et leur sympathie. Au plaisir de venir revisiter cette Belle Région qu'est la Savoie.
