The property was situated close to Kilburn underground. The flat was extremely clean and communication with the team was outstanding throughout. The flat was spacious, full of amenities and there were fresh towels, toilet rolls, branded toiletries and tea and coffee available. We didn't need to take anything extra and the team allowed us to drop our bags off early and place items such as milk in the fridge. There flat is spread across 3 floors and houzed 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Free off-road parking was available which we took advantage of.
To be honest, we used the house just as a base as we left early and returned late but there was a TV and lots of entertainment options available, should we have needed them. The wifi was quick and easy to connect to via a QR code.
We would definitely stay again. Good value, very spacious and excellent hosts.
The flat was a little run down, e.g. broken blinds, loose cupboard doors and as others have mentioned broken slats in the beds. The walls could do with a lick of paint. However, please DO NOT let that put you off. All of this was minimal and didn't take away from the property, especially when just using as a base like we did. We would still stay again in the same condition. It did exactly what we needed it to do, hence the 10 stars!

Le nombre de chambre et de salle de bain. Cela a permi á mes 2 enfants d avoir leur chambre privée.
Propreté vraiment pas satisfaisant. Moisissure dans la vaisselle, miette sur le plan de travail de la cuisine, papier toilette partout dans une chambre, exterieur un vrai decharge. Decoration cassée necessitant une renovation.
