About this farm stay rental
Typical Tuscan farmhouse, recently restored maintaining the traditional style and located in the high, green hills of the Mugello area. The property, which is accessed via approximately 200m of unmade 'white' road, is immersed in the quiet Tuscan countryside, surrounded by oak and chestnut forests. Part of the building is occupied by the property owners, who have their own private entrance.
The house is set out over two floors with comfortable rustic-style furnishing. Outside there is a garden of approximately 1000m2, equipped with swimming pool which is for use exclusively by the guests (5m x 3.6m, depth 1.2m). There is also a covered terrace for al fresco dining with a barbecue.
This is the ideal location for trekking and mountain biking, with trails through the woods and along the mountains of the Tuscan Appennines.
Private parking within the property. The house is located 4.5km from Borgo San Lorenzo (for all your day-to-day shopping requirements), 25km from Florence, 18km from the Barberino Designer Outlet (with over 100 shops of well-known Italian and International fashion brands) and from lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsufing) and 12km from the Poggio dei Medici golf club.
