The house dates back to the 17th century and was renovated in 2014 with great attention to detail and original building elements by the owners, who live in the other semi-detached house. The natural property, of which 100 square meters are available for your sole use, also offers you a private pool with loungers and parasols. The beautifully landscaped entrance area impresses with a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves as far as Vinci. The owner warmly invites you to a dinner with Tuscan specialties. Highlights: WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS Consumption-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning 1 bottle of wine and olive oil to welcome you upon arrival 1x free dinner with Tuscan specialties Activities nearby: If you want to get to know Italian cuisine, you can take a cooking class. This lasts about 2 hours and includes a 3-course menu including wine and water, EUR 50 (up to 3 people) (from 4 people EUR 10 per person), please register when booking. Typical dinner from 25 EUR per person, 3 courses + house drinks. Advance booking necessary. Mobility: not suitable for people with limited mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs are allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Access is via an unpaved road. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor has air conditioning.

Whilst we had a good holiday and the house was nice and good hosts, there are a couple of short comings when travelling with children. The listing does not state that the first floor bedroom is accessed externally and not directly linked to ground floor. This therefore meant our son could not be left in the ground or first floor bedroom alone. The listing needs to be more accurate, we probably won’t have booked if we had known. Also whilst pool was nice, no shallow end therefore our son could not stand in pool and play. Finally, an information folder with local information and recommendations would be helpful
