The apartment was very modern and clean with comfy beds and facilities.
The terrace was quite dusty with no outdoor seating so couldn’t make much use of it.

Lacked a few basics like tea towels, teaspoons, toaster - maybe because it is so new.

Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed apartment in a safe area — rare for London at this price. The host was precise, on time, and very helpful. Fantastic location: 10 min walk to St Pancras, steps from Granary Square’s restaurants and shops, and even Camden within walking distance. Incredible value for money — we’ll be back.

The location was very central, close to public transportation and shops, etc. The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The aircon worked great and it was nice to keep it cool.
There are a lot of stairs (35) to access the flat, which was not clearly described. Then, to access the laundry, even more stairs (48 one way) because it’s in the basement. The toilet is a floating design, which made us quite uncomfortable because it did not seem sturdy or fat friendly. The room that the toilet was in was also very cramped. The towel warmer and Nespresso machine did not work. We let the management know and nothing was done about these items during our 6 night stay. The communication from the management was minimal and they never answered multiple questions - it was difficult to get in touch with them.
