The property was fully equipped. Even had separate built-in air conditioning for the room and common room/area. It even has a walk-in wardrobe. The owner is also very accommodating and responsive via WhatsApp
The bathroom was connected to the bedroom, and anyone requiring the use of the bathroom will have to go through the bedroom
The stairs leading down to the apartment was narrow, difficult to move large luggage

Newly furnished apartment, in mint condition, very nice decoration, very clean and roomy. The position is excellent as well, close to Mayfair. Owner cooperative, when asked to shorten the stay, without paying full penalty.
Apartment 100% below ground, no outside light at all. Due to being underground, every minute, noise from the subway. Also very narrow stairs (~50 cm) to get down to the apartment's entrance. Add of the property could be more indicative about these.
