Better than the apartment I stayed at before. Well equipped kitchen and clean

Noisy neighbours early in the morning.

Чудове та затишне помешкання. На кухні є все необхідне, зручне ліжко та граний вид із балкону. Поруч зручна парковка. Господарі дуже приємні. Легке спілкування. Чіткі інструкції для входу та користування апартаментами.

Stupendo appartamento in una posizione veramente tranquilla. Bellissimo il balconcino affacciato sui campi, al tramonto abbiamo assistito a scorci incredibili. L'appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema di pulizia, bellissime le decorazioni in ogni stanza a tema cartoni/fumetti! La posizione è stata per noi molto comoda per visitare Lucca e dintorni in auto. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile! Terremo sicuramente da conto per future vacanze in Toscana.. Consigliato!!

Honestly, there were a few downsides during our stay. First off, the kitchen is tiny — not much space to work with. The bathroom also feels pretty old and could definitely use some updating. The wifi was pretty spotty, with low coverage and really limited access, which was frustrating. Maintenance-wise, it felt a bit neglected. We noticed some broken stuff like the towel holder and the toilet stand. The crib also had a terrible smell, which was not great. The coffee machine was gross — it still had used capsules in it, and after trying to run it with clean water, I just gave up because it kept pouring out dirty water. The biggest thing that bothered us was the overall cleanliness and feel of leftovers. It honestly felt like a mess — there were dried food remnants from previous tenants, and we even found an open case of one-time cups. It kind of felt like the place was a mishmash of leftovers from whoever stayed there before. To me, the kitchen should always feel clean and private, not like a shared space with leftover food from others. That really affected our experience. The bottom line here is that this apartment is easily a 9 with good maintenance.
