The location is great. Near to the heart of the town, bars and restaurants. Also near to the local bus routes to the train station if you cannot walk far. Sabrina was a great host - we had a problem with the bathroom door and it was fixed the same day with no issue. It is a quaint, unique very old building with stairs to access.
We truly loved it.
If you want trendy modern apartments with all the mod cons then this probably isn’t for you.

Lovely apartment. Very clean, comfortable and well presented. Very peaceful regardless of the proximity to Lucca’s central streets. Nice spacious kitchen/dining area. Loved the paintings in the apartment!

At traditional property perfectly situated for exploring the old town on foot and shopping. A short walk from the station too. Charming and spacious for two people. Comfortable and quiet. On the first floor so not too many stairs to climb.
Nothing. However it would have been helpful to receive instructions for entering a little earlier than the evening before our arrival.

Top location!. Even though it is in the old center, there is no flow of tourists on the street it is located on, it is quiet and peaceful. You can reach railway station by walk.
