Pros: beautiful location, loved being on water and having water access. We enjoyed borrowing their kayaks and paddle boards though some were not in usable condition. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories. Was nice to have 2 ACs in house as it helped keep it cool during high heat. Lots of spaces to hang out and very open layout. Was a fabulous location and space for time together.Con: they were very delayed in cleaning but we were OK with delay, and they made up for it upon check out. They gave us notice before arrival which I appreciated. However, the house was not fully clean even with delay, and definitely not to the level I find acceptable when running a business. Toilets and some showers were dirty (hair, grass, dirt). House said no pets but couch had dog hair. Some floors were not vaccumed, and we found snack bits that we did not bring on floor. Nighstand had sticky residue and a small nail. A lot of dead bugs in windowsills (needs a deep clean), fingerprints all over windows, etc. We ended up cleaning a little to make it feel better for us. They offered to come when mentioned but we had already cleaned enough to make it comfortable, and we wanted to just enjoy our time. The house has so much potential but really needs a deep clean to warrant the price charged. I would consider coming back if cleaning was addressed in full in future.

It wasn’t clear that VRBO had listing, and Vacasa was the property manager. Paid a lot and fees.
House was nice, but had plumbing issues.
