Wake up each morning at The 'Serenus' @Lummi with breathtaking water views of Hale Passage, Bellingham Bay, and majestic Mt. Baker! It is serene and tranquil just being here. Located on the East side of beautiful Lummi Island. Take a short ride over on our charming ferry, and experience the best that the PNW has to offer!
This delightful home is located down a private road and is situated on nearly half an acre. Only 3 mins away to Lummi Island beach access.
Step outside and enjoy outdoor activities on the large, lush lawn that overlooks the water. Enjoy an additional front yard, a stone patio, with a gas grill- great for relaxing and enjoying those afternoon barbecues! Gathering around the firepit at night with family and friends is the perfect way to end the day!
This spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home has a view of the Salish Sea from almost every room! The upper level has a light and airy living area with an open floor plan. Vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood beams, a cozy wood burning stove, an updated bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen that's perfect for preparing tasty meals. The updated kitchen has modern amenities, stainless steel appliances, and a bar area for additional seating. Complete small appliances, such as Ninja blender, Ninja air fryer and pressure cooker are available to ease cooking. It is the perfect place for family celebrations and getaway.
On the upper level you will also find the primary bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a cozy desk to allow working remotely while enjoying island life, and a beautifully tiled bathroom with a bath/shower.

The lower level offers 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room that's available to guests. One of the bedrooms is spacious, fitting a queen size bed, oversized bunkbeds, and another cozy woodstove.
The second bedroom has a full size futon that folds out into a cozy sleeping space with a comfortable topper. The second bedroom also has a crib available for guests to use if traveling with little ones.
Some extra things to do at The Serenus@ Lummi: Play by the beach with an inflatable kayak provided. Explore the island with 2 adult bikes available to use. Yoga by the water will bring serenity to your mind and soul.

The house was great! The kitchen had everything you needed for pots and pans with a good layout. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and a lot of hot water for the cold evenings. We loved sitting and reading while watching Hale's Passage. The internet was great as well. We got a glimpse of the mountains some days. Lots of birds and eagles around to watch with the binoculars. We loved the woodstove for the evenings and the smart tv was great when you just wanted to relax. We will be back for sure! I have even told my friends about the spot. Just a wonderful and peaceful spot.

This property has breathtaking water and mountain views. It is also spacious with a common area large enough for larger groups, or in our case, two couples, to have plenty of room for cooking, puzzling, or just gawking at the views! Good location on Lummi - wooded area behind the house. The downstairs area is large with double beds and double bed bunk beds, plus another room with a pull-out couch - all with great views. Full bathrooms up and downstairs. We'd stay there again, for sure!

Morning coffee looking over the water, seeing Mt. Baker and the North Cascades is amazing! And, the view is there all day long. This home is lovely. It is comfortable and relaxing, clean and the kitchen is the best stocked we’ve come across. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace.
