Newport Beach:
This little gem was wonderful for our NB stay. I loved that my friend & I each had our own bedroom and own bathroom! Two en suites!
It is very clean & safe. The apartment has its own designated parking space-big PLUS! We never used the pool or outdoor large communal BBQs , but others did. Your view is of the parking lot, but at least there was a nice outdoor balcony. The kitchen has every utensil, dish, pans, etc. with Keurig coffee maker. They have a nice beachy decor, but not overdone. The couches & chairs are cute, but not particularly comfortable. Each bedroom AND the living room has a flat screen TV. The beds are comfortable with high-end bedding & sheets; as well as a mix of hard & soft pillow options.
The owner/manager was very quickly responsive to our questions and provided clear instructions for everything. We never had to contact them during our stay.
The only downside we encountered was the elevator near the apartment had been out of order for “at least a month”, according to a resident. I had specifically asked about an elevator for this 3rd floor apartment, because my friend is crippled and has a very hard time walking—-certainly not up & down 3 flights of stairs. There was another elevator across the courtyard, but required many extra steps for her. Unfortunately, THAT elevator went down, just as we needed to drag all our suitcases, ice chest, bags of food, etc. down from the 3rd floor!

Super clean and comfy bed
A little hot when we were there, not super great air circulation . My vehicle was too tall for the parking garage might be helpful to put that info up.

Mooi ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie verliep ook goed en het is fijn dat je zo dichtbij kan parkeren. Er zitten een paar restaurants op loopafstand. Het zwembad is ook top, en er zijn overal barbecue areas.
Terwijl we binnenkwamen kregen we bericht 'unfortunately, the balcony is undergoing last-minute renovations and won’t be available during your stay'. In mijn optiek is dat geen eerlijke communicatie. We hebben behoorlijk last gehad van het geluid dat werd gemaakt tijdens de werkzaamheden.
