Loved staying here. The location was great and the apartment was clean! The Pac-Man game in the bedroom was a great touch. Loved the amenities and the balcony. Host was great with communication.

Amazing location minutes from John Wayne airport and the beach! Parking is perfect and safe! The grounds and courtyard were clean and beautiful! Our apartment was so clean and perfect for relaxing, full kitchen for cooking and private rooms with bathroom! We loved the spaciousness and quiet sleep! We will definitely be back soon!

The apartment is furnished well. I always rate a stay based on the beds, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and labeled, which I love when I am trying to find things. The process of checking in was seamless. A reserved parking spot is a bonus, however if you have a tall vehicle you aren't going to be able to access the reserved parking. We loved the PacMan/Galaga game in the second bedroom. There are several nearby restaurants that you can walk to. Overall a great stay!
The apartment complex is dated. The apartment itself is updated and furnished well, but the overall complex needs a some TLC. It seems that the property managers are in the process of updating the complex, but it has a ways to go. That said, I would stay here again given the proximity to the beach and UC Irvine. Great value.

Mooi ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie verliep ook goed en het is fijn dat je zo dichtbij kan parkeren. Er zitten een paar restaurants op loopafstand. Het zwembad is ook top, en er zijn overal barbecue areas.
Terwijl we binnenkwamen kregen we bericht 'unfortunately, the balcony is undergoing last-minute renovations and won’t be available during your stay'. In mijn optiek is dat geen eerlijke communicatie. We hebben behoorlijk last gehad van het geluid dat werd gemaakt tijdens de werkzaamheden.
