About this house rental

You will LOVE living minutes from the BEACH and BACK BAY, in this highly desirable gated community, private prestigious cul de sac. Enjoy the safety of The East Side of Costa Mesa! Experience the comfort of this gorgeous, spacious completely remodeled two-story town home. Good sized back yard with bbq and outdoor propane heater. Two car garage, pool and jacuzzi, fully furnished and all appliances including washer/dryer. Less than 2 miles to the beach and 1.5 miles from John Wayne Airport.

Spent a month at Robert’s townhouse with my dog. It was perfect for our extended trip. Ten minutes away from the beach, easy access to highways, and a quiet neighborhood. Robert was an excellent host responding quickly to any question. Highly recommended!
