La ubicación.
El código de la puerta de acceso al edificio era erróneo y perdí 20 minutos para poder entrar (el anfitrión no contestaba al teléfono). Al entrar, descubrí que el apartamento no había sido limpiado después del último alojamiento y las sábanas y toallas estaban utilizadas; el anfitrión se disculpó, pero tuve que esperar más de una hora para poder ocupar el apartamento. En total casi dos horas de espera desde mi llegada. El anfitrión dijo que me reembolsaría el coste de limpieza por las molestias, pero 13 días después no he recibido el dinero.
La información de los servicios del apartamento era engañosa porque decía que había aire acondicionado y no era cierto (y hacía muchísimo calor y con un ventilador muy ruidoso, tampoco había gel de baño ni champú). La cafetera no funcionaba y la puerta de la ducha estaba rota. El anfitrión ya no espondía los mensajes.
El dormitorio no tiene ventilación.
En el menaje de la cocina no hay ni un solo cubierto y solo hay un vaso y una taza.
