Très beau appartement, bien propre, je n'ai pas trouvé Bruiant comme dans certain commentaire, très bon emplacement pas loin de la gare routière, boulangerie et petit magasin à proximité. Parking de la poste à côté pour 4 jours j'en ai eu pour 34,60€. Petite attention des proprietaire 😃 lit fait et essuie de bain à disposition. Je reviendrai.
Il manquait un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, comme une louche, un petit couteau de cuisine..

The property is conveniently located near the train station and the historic center of Annecy.
Pros: The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and, surprisingly for a European rental, a bathroom fan. Management was also accommodating, allowing us to check in a little earlier—much appreciated.
We only learned one day before our arrival that the balcony was not accessible due to ongoing construction or approval issues. This was not indicated anywhere on the booking website, which we found very disappointing. While management apologized and offered a small refund—which we hope will be processed—older reviews suggest the balcony has been unavailable since at least April 2024, making the lack of transparency even more frustrating.
Other Cons: The apartment has a “railroad” layout, with rooms arranged in a line and only one door-sized window at the far end. To reach the main living area, you pass through the hallway, kitchen, and a small room. The space feels quite dark, and while the layout cannot be changed, additional lighting—especially in the room between the kitchen and living area—would greatly improve the experience. Black curtains further divide the rooms, limiting natural light and making the apartment feel more enclosed. The shower was not clean, and the apartment lacks a proper oven and dishwasher.
Additionally, although the building has a security code for entry, on three occasions we encountered homeless individuals sleeping in the hallway, which was concerning. When we raised these issues with management, their responses were inadequate and not reassuring.
