Loved this place. Enjoyed time on the balcony with an amazing view. Good location a few minutes walk from old town and the lake. Annecy itself was beautiful. We would definitely return and communication was fast and easy.

L'emplacement à deux pas du centre, la tranquillité, studio refait récemment. Parking privé.
Le ménage bâclé comme hélas dans beaucoup de studio, beaucoup de poussière sous le lit poubelle pas vidée, viande dans le frigo, dommage il suffirait d'un peu plus de rigueur pour que tout soit parfait et je pense que le double vitrage ne serait pas du luxe.
