About this apartment rental

Modern apartment house "Huber", surrounded by meadows and fields. 4 apartments in the property. In the district of Enterberg 4.5 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 1.5 km from the centre of Hainzenberg, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: table tennis, terrace, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: table football, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 4.5 km, supermarket 4.5 km, bus stop "Ramsberg Abzw Enterberg" 500 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 4.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 2 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlosstein / Zillertal Arena 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 180 cm), dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Wat hebben wij genoten van onze vakantie in Haus Huber. Prachtige plek. Huis is compleet ingericht en ruim. Bijzonder aardige gastvrouw. Denk dat we nog wel een keer terug gaan!
