Above Hippach 5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 500 m from the centre of Hippach, 1 km from the centre of Ramsau, on a slope, in the residential district, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Astbühel" 170 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 1.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Mountain railway 7 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Wir sind seit 15 Jahren zu Gast im Zillertal und seit 10 Jahren zu Gast im Haus Stefan. Das Haus steht in perfekter Lage, ist prima ausgestattet und Stefan ist als Gastgeber absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben bereits für Januar 2024 gebucht :)
