This is a great place, quiet and comfortable. The bed takes up a lot of the available space, but there's room for a table. There are limited facilities and the shower isn't great, but we like it here. We've been to stay a couple of times and we intend to do so in the future!
The only drawback is a limited number of places to eat - there's a pub about a 10 minute walk away, but that's it as far as we could find, unless you travel into Portslade itself. Plug sockets aren't always in helpful places, but that's not a major problem!

A real gem of a property. Quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads, nice to awaken to bird song. Very comfortable bed, which added to a good night's sleep.
Having parking included is a bonus.
Host was available when required to help with any questions and for check in / check out support.
Will definitely revisit.
