Good parking. Plenty of space inside and one of the most stocked up with extras in the fridge and kitchen that I’ve stayed at.
There is a very nice garden area which you can sit outside in good weather.

Lovely place to stay and in a great location, the garden is beautiful and the hosts were very friendly. The lodge was well equipped, the host provided milk and bread etc, I would definitely stay again.

I was welcomed from the driveway. My bag was taken from the car and to my room.
I felt happy to leave my walking frame outside as the place felt really secure.
The room was chilly so I put on the heater and within a very short time it was warm. There was bottled water , tea, coffee milk crisps, chocolates and breakfast things free. Wine and beer were there to buy at very reasonable prices.
I felt well looked after.
I have MS so my walking is a challenge. There are steps up to the room and a step over the threshold and no hand rail.
I was helped with my bag from the car to the room and on the way out which was great. Without that I would not have managed. I went out during the day / evening and when I got back I had to climb up the steps on my hands and knees which did not feel safe but I managed. I know if I had called I would have got help but I was being all independent and I am not sure what could have been done,

More than ample provisions were provided by the hosts plus the property was tastefully furnished and very comfortable.
There wasn’t anything to dislike as the hosts had thought of everything.
