Lovely location, a bit out of Brighton, convenient to M and S food hall/retail park
A few Maintenance issues need addressing. Have informed management co who say they are being addressed.

Beautiful home, which when first done was probably worth the price then.
Well equipped but bits need replacing.
Welcome tea , coffee, sugar,milk, bread,butter,chocolates and water were appreciated.
The overall space and taste in furnishings , plentiful provision of towels.
Need gates to secure animals in the back garden.
Delayed check in due to cleaners still being present , it wasn't a major inconvenience but we were tired from travelling. Couldn't use the hot tub initially due to last tenants antics, not that it was top of the agenda but you pay for that facility, this was out of the owners control.
On initial entry the property looks tired and in need of total repair and redecorating.
Downstairs toilet seat was broken
An expensive rental for the standard of ill repair and decoration alongside cleanliness and attention to detail.A 2 maybe 3 star charging 5star.
A real shame it's a beautiful property with real potential just neglected in attention to detail.
Address the issues and this could easily be a beautiful rental that justifies the rental price.
