La maison est grande, pour un regroupement c'est pile la maison qu'il faut, le prix est abordable pour le prix, le rapport qualité prix est vraiment superbe !

The location is fantastic and the house was large. Parking was available on the street but some evenings this was all taken but there is a car park not too far away.
I'll preempt this with "for the money it was fine"... however...
There were no bowls, we ended up having cereal in a mixing bowl.
There were not enough seats for the table, so we ended up using garden furniture.
There is not the advertised number of beds - the sofa bed is just a sofa and in a room with no blinds. The second bed in one of the rooms was just a mattress on the floor.
Two of the bedrooms are in the basement which was dark, dank, and cold. The bedding for majority of the rooms was minimal. We had to move the spare mattress up stairs as there was no blanket/duvet (and yes we checked) and it was too cold.
The towels provided were hand towels. I think a couple of us had bath towels but the rest just had tiny towels to cover ourselves.
The lights in one of the bedrooms did not work so you had to use the bedside lamp.
You are asked to remove your shoes when you enter, which we did, but the flooring wasn't clean so you end up with dirty socks.
There is no conventional oven. Yes there is a microwave but this is a property for 12 people.
The bathroom situation isn't ideal for max occupancy. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The shower has no seals so water goes everywhere and 1 of the toilets doesn't have a sink. Oh and no soap. That was a real annoyance.
The rooms are massive but they are literally furnished with a bed and a chair. The beds aren't even taken out of their wrappers. Which I guess shows they're new but even so...
