L’appuntamento è in una ottima posizione, a 50 metri dalla metro di Brochan che è la n.13! Spazioso e ben tenuto con bagno grandino e doccia grande, comoda. Quartiere residenziale tranquillo di giorno e di sera. Situato sopra ad una farmacia (non si sa mai) ed a una panetteria dove fanno paste e baguette meravigliose, provate la tartelette con crema e fragole… divina!!!

It was hard to go upstairs with the luggage at the 4th floor.

Apartment ist modern und gut ausgestattet.
Wir sind in Paris angekommen und wollten vorzeitig unser Gepäck im Apartment abstellen. Laut Kundenservice war das möglich. Vor Ort haben wir das Reinigungsteam getroffen, den Schlüssel aus der Box genommen, die Koffer hineingestellt und sind spazieren gegangen.
Kurze Zeit später wurden wir angerufen, dass wir den Schlüssel sofort zurücklegen müssten, damit das Reinigungsteam Zugang habe – obwohl in den offiziellen Anleitungen ausdrücklich steht, dass die Reinigungskräfte über einen separaten Zugang verfügen und der Schlüssel nur beim Check-out zurückgelegt werden muss. Auch das Reinigungsteam selbst hat uns nicht drauf aufmerksam gemacht.
Trotzdem wurden wir mehrfach aufgefordert, zurückzufahren und die Kosten selbst zu tragen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir bereits in der Nähe des Eiffelturms und mussten extra wieder zurückfahren – völlig unnötig und unzumutbar.
Abends, als wir dann ins Apartment gekommen sind, war nicht alles richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Balkon lag noch Unterwäsche von vorherigen Gästen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.
