Excellent location near Gare St Lazare. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit.

The location is absolutely excellent. There are several metro stations nearby, and the RER line to Disneyland is also easily accessible.
The price was very competitive, especially considering we booked six months in advance.
All communication was handled by an AI system, which was often unhelpful and frustrating.
The apartment is extremely small: limited shelving, and only two suitcases can be fully opened.
The second bedroom has no window and is barely the size of a single bed.
It’s quite noisy — you can hear neighbours coming and going, entering their access codes (the keypad beeps loudly), and doors slamming.
One morning there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. Water also drains very slowly in the shower. I wrote to the owner and received no response. After sending a strong follow-up message explaining that I couldn’t wash my hair and was worried about water overflowing to the neighbours, the issue was finally fixed two days later.
The property offered a room cleaning service; I agreed, but no one came. In the evening I asked why, and the AI replied that it costs €20. I wrote back firmly that cleaning is included in the rate. They admitted the mistake and cleaned the next day.
They left an envelope asking me to pay the city tax in cash. I mentioned that this is not secure and requested a payment link. First they said they would send it, then claimed it wasn’t working and provided bank details instead — which is impossible to pay by card. I spent a lot of time messaging back and forth with no solution.
Communication was polite but ineffective, which was quite irritating.
The “kitchen” has only the most basic set of dishes.
The bathroom is combined with the toilet, which is very inconvenient for a family of four.
Overall:
Despite all the inconveniences, the amazing location outweighs most of the issues, and the price was the lowest available at the time of booking. It’s manageable for a short stay, but communication and service definitely need improvement.
