Aesthetically, perfect. Functional side. Beds should not go boing. Definitely mattresses need replacing. Water. Taps on sinks loose. Stress involved in the clients side that no excuse accepted. Shower rail loose in cubicle. Furniture is not solid. Bed generally doesn't let you sleep well. Stools to sit on at the bar could collapse. Others i spoke to made complaints. It's absolutely ridiculous stay knowing that hospitality of theirs will loose trade. It's contravention of the 1974 paying for a service that as soon as I get in the room i take responsibility. It's not my hotel. Second time around. 1st time noise at 3am. There business. Their shortfall in 2024.
