The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Room design is modern. I love the toilet where the floor was warm during cold season. Everything was perfect beside there is no lift in the building, however the staff is helpful where they help us carry the luggage all the way up to our floor. The Wilson Art Gallery and the national library was just few mins away from our hotel. Next door is the Japanese and Korean restaurant. THe Neptune Fountain is within walking distance. Easy access to the main road for shopping.

I haven’t even seen any staff during my stay but there’s no problem at all, the hotel will provide you a code at online check in and you just need the code to access the apartment and the car parking facilities, the bed is very comfy and facilities are well maintained! Nice hotel
