We loved our stay at The Queens Hotel Cheltenham. The room was fabulous — beautifully presented and very comfortable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, full of character and elegance. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and the service was great throughout our visit. The location is also excellent and very convenient.
However, I would like to mention an issue with the bed and pillows. The bed was very itchy and uncomfortable, and we could barely sleep. I had to ask the staff to change the pillows because the ones in the room were old, had fabric pilling, and triggered my allergies. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the bed and pillows made it difficult for us to rest properly.
