Neighborhood information
La Baule is a renowned seaside resort located between pine forest and ocean. Its luxury hotels, its seaside buildings as well as its charming villas characterize it.
The house is located in the BENOIT district near Pouliguen.
Benoit de la Baule beach extends from the channel to access the port (limit with Le Pouliguen) and the large beach. This beach is bordered by the entirely pedestrian Benoit esplanade with beach clubs for children as well as restaurants (Restaurant le B)
The house is located halfway between the center of La Baule and Le Pouliguen.
About 20 minutes' walk away is the Pouliguen marina, a privileged place for its numerous shops, its market and its halls.
Along the Jules Sandeau quay, take the adjacent streets, such as rue des Halles or rue de l'église, and enjoy old Pouliguen, its typical streets and its market. Walk along Rue du Center or Grande Rue to stroll, do a little shopping, or take a coffee break on the terrace.
The Market is a place of conviviality and local pleasures which radiates around the Halles (open all year round)
Throughout the summer, the market invades the surrounding streets and gives the city center a joyful bustle.
You can also enjoy pretty walks entirely on foot or by bike to the magnificent Pointe de Penchâteau with its wild coastline and its waterfront villas.
About 2 km from the apartment you can stroll and shop Avenue du Général de Gaulle or discover the Baulois market with its warm atmosphere which promises a real local experience, the halls house suppliers of quality local products, and are open all year.
