Recent apartment, very quiet, located on the 1st floor of my house, crossing, facing East-West, very bright and sunny: 4 large Velux windows with electric shutters.
Independent access from the garden.
Fitted kitchen with new equipment and dining area.
Small living room in mezzanine.
Two large, very bright bedrooms.
Books and board games available.
Separate, flowered terrace facing south with trees and shrubs.

As described on listing. Clean, spacious, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor terrace. Walk to the beach. Great location with proximity to everything you need. A great value.

Madame Grelet's apartment was the ideal place for us to soak in the sun and sea and recover from walking the pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres. The loft apartment was comfortable and had everything my wife and ten year old needed. The use of the yard was also appreciated. A beautiful beach was short walk from the house and the coastal trail passed right through the property. We were blessed with warm and sunny weather. We had been told that the water in Brittany was too cold to swim but it was perfect for us. Incredible, it reminded me of La Jolla in southern California (I don't think this is typical but that's what we experienced in early June). The nearby villages were full of charm and excellent restaurants. But the best thing of all was the warm hospitality of Madame Grelet.

Appartement petit mais douillet, fonctionnel et très propre, qui bénéficie d'un jardin. L'espace de vie n'est pas grand et la montée de l'escalier pour accéder au jardin rend les déplacements un peu difficiles, surtout avec un enfant en bas âge (mais l'escalier est heureusement sécurisé).
Le lotissement est très agréable et magnifiquement situé, avec accès à une très belle plage à pieds en quelques minutes.
Un léger bémol pour la qualité de la literie de la chambre double.
Nous avons cependant passé un très agréable séjour....
