Ideal location! Located 250 metres from Benoit beach, and close to Pouliguen, this charming, very welcoming house welcomes you for a pleasant stay with family or friends in the heart of La Baule. You will enjoy taking time to discover the architecture of the villas, on foot or by bike, the wild coast, the ramparts of Guérande or the charming port of Croisic. It has a large living area tastefully decorated, 4 bedrooms of which three with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a shower cabin, a small garden, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a television. The American kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle. In the basement in the den, a shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and a hairdryer are available.
