Design of the house is incredible.
We were a family with a 1 year old toddler. Although it was written on the instructions that they can't provide a baby bed, we asked for one, to try our chanced. It didn't work out. Because the house is not designed for babies, we needed to stay on the couch with her so that she doesn't escape and fly from the stairs while we're sleeping.

Die Lage und der Blick auf Dorsoduro insbesondere bei Nacht ist genial. Die Verbindung zur Hauptinsel ist völlig unproblematisch. Die Architektur des Industrie -Loft ist atemberaubend über drei Etagen umgesetzt worden.
Leider war die jahreszeitliche Umstellung der Wärmepumpe zu träge mit der Folge, dass wir über 3 Tage hinweg vormittags nur 17 Grad Celsius in der unteren Wohnzimmeretage hatten. Aufgrund der offenen Decken und der damit verbundenen Thermik ist die Wohnung in der kalten Jahreszeit nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Für die Jahreszeit Mai bis September würde ich allerdings die volle Punktzahl geben.
