Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV (Vaporetto) angebunden, der schmale Gang zur Wohnung beginnt gleich an der Anlegestelle, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr bequem ausgestattet und geräumig dazu.
Der schmale Gang zur Wohnung erscheint im vorderen Teil etwas schmuddelig.

La casa es muy linda, muy limpia, muy completa! Ketty amorosa. Con aire acondicionado, red para mosquitos, lavarropas, vajilla, todo divino y muy bien cuidado.

The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet area — pas de bruit. The layout is simple, pleasant, and functional, and the property is very well furnished. We received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
On the less positive side, the apartment is rather dark, although this may be typical of many accommodations in Venice. It should also be noted that a supplement of €30 applies for arrivals after 7 p.m.

Great location, very good communication, lovely interior and furniture.
Access is down a lane that would have been a bit difficult to use with heavy bags in poor weather. We were lucky the rain had stopped when we arrived.
