This Home is Suitable For:
-Quiet & Polite persons/pets (see breed restrictions)
- Humble, peaceful animal lovers who enjoy nature & don't mind visitation by local wildlife
- A quiet family of 3 for a brief stay (it's a tiny home, with little room for luggage)
The IKEA solsta sofa bed is compact (sofa 54"x31"; bed area 46.5"x80.5"). The bed is bigger than a twin and smaller than a full/double. It sleeps up to 2 small people. The bed and sofabed are in the same area and when the sofa bed is open, it takes up nearly all of the floor space between the two. There is no separate bedroom, so only book if you are close to those you're traveling with =)
Consider our 2-bedroom cottages next to this one (Villa Serena or Villa Tranquila) if you have 3 or more in your group.
Our humble, rustic cottage is not suited to people with allergies or people who expect a property without wear-and-tear. We want our rentals to be pet-friendly so we do not try to keep them perfect. We use non-toxic/humane pest control which sometimes takes longer to work. In a nutshell, wear and tear, a little fur, and the occasional pest is included in the rental. Thank you for understanding. =)
Pet fee is $15-25/night per pet and well-trained pets are welcome.
The following dog breeds and any mixed breeds containing these breeds are not allowed on the property due to insurance restrictions: Akitas, Cane Corsos, Chows, Dogo Argentinos, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario (canary dog), Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, and any wild canine or hybrid thereof. No annoying, destructive, or aggressive animals will be allowed. Service dogs must be with and under the control of their handler at all times. If any legally-protected assistance animal is of one of the restricted breeds, we'll need up to one month to get an acceptance or denial from our insurer. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes. As rescuers of pets, we understand that no breed is "bad"- we love all pets.
