La Jolla's finest beaches are right down the street! Only 2 blocks to Village of La Jolla! Villa Milano is a private, newer, 12 unit gated complex in an amazing location! This private upper corner unit boasts new hardwood and stone floors, cherry wood cabinets, granite counters, ceiling fans and recessed lighting! Private patio deck! There is a parking space, a common storage area for bikes and beach toys. There are many local restaurants within walking distance.
The property is fully furnished. Only one assigned outdoor parking space is available onsite. Plenty street parking spaces available.
A bus stop is 30 yards away.
Note that a TV is provided but there is no cable TV service. HDMI cable is provided so that you can connect your own device to the TV.

Close to beach and town. Very convenient easy walk to everything. Host easy to reach.
Beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us. You will need a firestick or other device because it is not a smart TV. Also, included remote is for a dvd not for a tv. Could use some new pots and pans.

Lovely small condo complex, well landscaped, and a short walk to the beach. This is in a residential part of La Jolla as opposed to the touristy side but is still within walking distance to restaurants and other shops. Spacious rooms. Nice condo. Great stay! Thanks Jun!

Very nice La Jolla location within walking distance to Marine Street Beach, shops and restaurants. Upstairs unit with simple but adequate furnishings. Great wide screen TV (bring your own Roku or similar devise). Refrigerator has an ice maker - very nice. Kitchen has spices, etc. for cooking. No coffee maker (we brought our own). Also, no wine glasses, bottle opener or spatula. No balcony or BBQ but, overall, a simple but nice unit in a good location.
