The apartment is great. It's spacious and the location is unbeatble. Across the road from the train station and steps away from the station that takes you to the slopes. Close to all the bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
Google Maps is not updated so it takes you to the wrong building, on a different street. The best reference to find the place is actually the Hotel Koenigshof, which is attached to the apartment building.

It was a comfortable place with a beautiful view, and the location was perfect. It is very close to both the bus and train stations. Other facilities are excellent, including supermarkets, restaurants, and the Zugspitze Bahnhof.
The apartment was on the fourth floor. On that day, we had to use the staircases because the elevator was not working. The key storage system was also a bit unusual. There was no staff on site, but the host was always reachable by phone and very kind. Unfortunately, the balcony doors could not be opened and were not properly sealed, so cool wind was coming in under the door. However, extra heaters were provided. The apartment was not properly cleaned; for example, the floor was dusty and we found food under the sofa that appeared to be left by previous guests, but this was not a major problem for us, and we cleaned it ourselves.

1.Location is absolutely fantastic. Just across the road from the Bahnof, no trouble in lugging the Children with luggages to the station
2. LIDL supermarket is across the Bahnof about 300 metres walk.
3.4 to 5 restaurants within 200 metres.
4.Did not meet any staff, but any queries the owner of the property was answered at once.
5.Decently equipped kitchen.
6. TV,Washing machine and dishwasher were in working condition.
7.No trouble in accessing the property even though we arrived by 9 pm.
8.vessels Bed, toilet and kitchen linen were clean.
9.Room Heaters and Hot water were available round the clock.
10. Double bed and two sofa beds were usable and comfortable.
11.Would say a decent value for a family, comfortable certainly.
12.Free cancellation was available very close to the day of booking.
Not many complaints actually.
1.A microwave is much needed for quick heating.
2.Instructuions to use washing machine and dishwasher would have been great.
3.Door of fridge is fixed to the wooden cover and got my finger crushed twice.
4. Thet spring door of dishwasher is quite sudden and startling.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die beiden Balkone mit Blick auf die Berge so schön. Die Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug ist sehr praktisch. Das Bett ist super bequem.
Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen perfekt. Direkte Nähe zum Bahnhof. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin total nett und immer direkt zu erreichen.
Der Preis ist schon sehr ordentlich. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Allerdings sind die Preise im neuen Jahr nochmal sehr stark erhöht worden…..
