I WOULD LIVE HERE! The most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed! It is right next to the train station so no rushing or walking to get to your hotel or train! But it is not loud at all! There is a Mexican food restaurant and a Burger King right near the hotel! The best staff I have ever encountered!! Seriously, the most clean and spacious hotel we have ever stayed at! Especially for the price! We had plenty of towels, a very comfortable and large bed, a washing machine/dryer combo, a fantastic shower, a fabulous, well-stocked kitchenette with an incredible stove that heated water in seconds, and the best coffee maker ever! Still can’t believe, wish we would’ve booked our entire vacation there! See the pictures! And a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains! Easy walk to old town Partenkirchen for an amazing bakery - Bäckerei Krätz

Kitchen facilities very well supplied. Plenty of room, living & dining area plenty of space and furniture. Outdoor access on ground floor with garden area. Very handy to Haputbahnhof and room soundproof so did not hear trains or neighbours. Good washing machine & dishwasher Ironing facilities

These are all minor: - in bedroom almost all storage shelves & drawers taken up by extra doonas (x5) & pillows (x2)! - no inbuilt USB charging points with powerpoints - a clothes rack for drying clothes would be handy, heated towel racks not enough (and not turned on) - combination oven/microwave needed instructions, I could not easily figure out how to use it - no bathroom soap/shampoo/conditioner/cream supplied - only single person towels & bed linen supplied, OK for 4 nights - one mattress not as comfortable as other

Very close to rail. Great views from bedroom window. Close to restaurants and bars. Supermarket close as well. Big rooms.

1. Location is great! Markets, restaurants are close by. Although it is just beside the HBF, the rooms are well-build and new and hence no sound. Small kids will enjoy the view of trains with no noise :) 2. Heating is good. 3. Stuff is good and responsive, arranged baby-chair when asked. 4. There are two functioning bathrooms having two showers and two toilets which is good for larger families. 5. One can get the mountain view from the terrace. 6. There were just sufficient numbers of complimentary dishwashing tablets(7), washing tablets(2), coffee beans, tea bags for a total of 6 nights stay.

1. Rooms are not properly cleaned, there are a lot of dust, hair etc. before we moved in and there are no ways to clean it. 2. Some essential kitchen utensils (eg peeler) are missing, there are no cleaning facility which makes longer stay slightly difficult. There is no proper cleaning tools like vacuum cleaner, sweeper etc. 3. Most importantly the wifi is terrible! Extremely slow, sometimes connection is not available! 4. I never experienced anywhere in Germany to keep 200EUR security money (it is okay but came to me as surprise. I expected it to be mentioned on their advertisement clearly). 5. There is no privacy on the terrace between two consecutive apartments. 6. There is no toiletries except hand-wash
