Uns hat eigentlich alles gefallen: Der phantastische Blick von der Veranda auf den Strand und das Meer, die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter der zugehörigen BALTIC Strandbar rund um Petros, das Frühstück dort - tolle Omeletts. Einzige Anmerkung: Vielleicht sollten die Strandclubs sich bezüglich der Musik abstimmen?

Lage direkt über der Beach Bar Baltic war sehr nah zum Strand. schöne Aussicht über das Meer. Zentrum von Kos Town zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Inhaberfamilie und Staff waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussdistanz.
Die Einrichtung war eher einfach. Bei Regenwetter (wir hatten 2 Regentage) ist der Balkon nur beschränkt nutzbar.

В первую очередь, расположение и конечно же вид из окна, он просто великолепен…
Трубу от вытяжки из ресторана надо сделать выше, потому как запах от готовки еды ощущаешь когда сидишь на террасе и если дверь не закрыть, то и в доме.

La struttura è assolutamente perfetta. La vista mare è favolosa e anche l’appartamento in sé. Molto funzionale è il proprietario ci ha davvero fatti sentire a casa!
L’unica pecca, avendo un bambino piccolo è che il balcone non ha parapetto quindi risulta pericoloso. C’è la possibilità di tirare giù i tendoni di plastica ma rovinano sicuramente la bellezza!
