Great location & had everything that was required.
The place was very small, a very small balcony & small bathroom. More for 1 person than 2.

Apartment was obviously a newly refurbished property, immaculately clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, although the living/kitchen area is 'compact' to say the least.
Only a couple of niggles that prevent me giving a 10 rating;
bathroom sink utterly inadequate, clearly space being an issue, I would describe it as a cloakroom sink.

Bella struttura moderna vicinissima alle spiagge,
Centro a una decina di minuti a piedi ma anche meno,
Spazio leggermente stretto per 3 adulti ma ottima soluzione, del resto si rimane in casa ben poco e l’appartamento era completo di tutto, persino frutta vino biscotti ecc per colazione, lavatrice e due balconi
La zona fuori non è molto curata ma certo questo non dipende dai proprietari ma dalla città di Kos, dovrebbe essere più curato il verde, i marciapiedi ecc,

Komplett neues Gebäude, tolle Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Fernseher und 2 Klimaanlagen :)
Super Lage, ruhig und sehr gut gelegen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, Strand in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß (Alibaba Beach Bar), Restaurant, Apotheke, Stadtzentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar.
