The apartment was very pleasant, comfortable and it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during the stay. Everything was cleaned perfectly and in the fridge we found wine, fruits water and snacks, which we found a lovely gesture. The owner was very kind and helpful and his English was excellent. The place has a parking spot, but what is more is very well situated, so you can easily visit all the attractions of Kos city on foot.
I can’t hardly think about anything what could need an improvement.

The host was very friendly and willing to be helpful if needed. The location of the house is quite convenient if you are ok with a 20-25 minutes walk.
A quiet place to stay, away from the busy and loud city centre. Spacious, clean, with mosquitoes net protection in all the windows and doors and 2 AC units for the hot days.
Be mindful on the fact that in order to have access to the loft, you'll need to use the external elevator that's been shown in the photos.
A safebox is also provided in the loft.
Also, 2 bikes are kindly provided for free, to make the transport to the centre and back easier.
The 2 bikes could use an update, even with some second hand ones, as they are quite old, rusty and with some pieces broken on them.

From the moment we arrived in Kos, Nikos made us feel incredibly welcome. He was already waiting outside to help us find the apartment, and we immediately felt we were in good hands.
Nikos lives downstairs and kindly told us we could contact him anytime if we needed anything – it gave us a real sense of safety and care. It felt much more personal than staying at a big hotel where you're just one of many guests.
What touched us most was the thoughtful gesture: since we arrived late in the evening, Nikos had prepared snacks, fresh fruit, and wine for us – such a kind and generous surprise that made us feel truly cared for.
The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. We used the bikes every day to get to the city center – it only took around 5 minutes by bike, and about 20 minutes if walking, depending on where you want to go.
All in all, our stay with Nikos was far more than just accommodation – it was a warm, friendly, and memorable experience. Thank you, Nikos, for everything!
The only small issue we had was with one of the bikes. On the first day, the chain kept falling off, so we couldn’t use it for about three days. Nikos recommended a place to get it repaired, and when we finally brought it there, the mechanic was surprised how dirty the chain was – he kindly cleaned it for free. While we appreciated that a lot, we did lose quite some time trying to fix the problem ourselves. Nikos explained that the bikes belong to his family and that he simply offers them to guests as a nice gesture. We really appreciated that, but we would recommend making sure the bikes are in good condition before offering them.
That said, everything else during our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a great time, and thanks to Nikos’ kindness and helpfulness, we would definitely come back again.
