Everything was wonderful! Great location with lots of bars and shops nearby. Bus to Venice centre just a 2 min walk away. Very friendly welcome from our host, great communication and lots of useful info. Check in and out process very simple. Huge apartment and very well equipped. Nothing at all to complain about-would highly recommend staying here.

Leider hat sich der Vermieter als sehr untolerant ausgezeichnet. Eine Freundin hat 1nacht bei uns übernachtet verlangte er zusätzlich 39€ obwohl wir sonst nur 2 personen gewesen sind und der Preis für 3 Personen wäre gleich gewesen. Grosser nachteil es gibt nur in einem Zimmer einen Schrank d.h egal wieviele Personen dort wohnen alle müssen in das eine Schlafzimmer wegen ihren Sachen gehen und es kommt noch dazu der Kasten ist mehr als die Hälfte voll mit Sachen vom Vermieter. Fensterbänke voll mit Taubenkot schon sicher sehr lange. Angeblich können 6 Personen es mieten frage mich wo die sitzen in der kleinen Küche gab es nur 4 stühle und sämtliche Sachen in der Küche nur für 4 personen. Müllentsorgung ist auch so eine Sache, ist entfernt vom Haus.
