Buena comunicación con Venecia mediante transporte público. Amabilidad del anfitrión.
El mobiliario de la casa debe ser reformado. Faltan útiles de cocina y electrodomésticos como la campana extractora (al cocinar el humo se extiende por toda la casa). Los baños necesitan una reforma y nuevos productos de baño (toallas)
