Very comfortable and clean. Easy to get the bus (53E) into Venice centre. Supermarket nearby.
Not a lot of choices for places to eat. The local bar was open til late and did have good pizza.

Die Lage ist top mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Tür und sehr sicher. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch Absprache mit ihr. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und im Hotel gegenüber bekommt man eine Fahrkarte nach Venedig für 3 Euro hin und zurück.
Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig

Wohnung sehr neu und recht gut ausgestattet; zwei Balkone und Waschmaschine vorhanden; Material der Küche in gutem Zustand; leises Gelände um den Komplex; private Parkplätze vorhanden, Vermieterin sehr freundlich - kam direkt vorbei, obwohl wir zu früh da waren Ticket für Bus (am besten 53E bis Venecia) muss im Hotel Paladion 3 Minuten Fußweg gelöst werden (sind sehr fruendlich), kostet einen Busweg 1,5€ - rein und raus also 3€, Tagesticket 25€), Bushaltestelle "La Chiesa" 4 Minuten entfernt
Sehr hellhörig zu Nachbarwohnungen und Flur, das Bett war etwas durchgelegen
