Superbe appartement, décoré avec goût, parking privé, proche de la station du Honneck. Il se situe dans une résidence de taille moyenne, bien entretenue. Les voisins y vivant à l'année sont extrêmement charmants et serviables. Les propriétaires de l'appartement loué sont tout aussi gentils et avenants. Bref, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

L'emplacement est super, à quelques minutes des pistes de ski. Le cadre est très beau et la vue sur la montagne est vraiment belle. Le logement était très propre et beaucoup plus grand que ce que nous nous attendions. Enfin, le fait d'avoir une place de parking devant le logement est un vrai plus pour pouvoir garer sa voiture sans tracas.

The location was the best. The view from the room and the proximity to walking trails were the main good points. The devices you find in the room were in general what you expect (I would have used the dishwasher more often if there were more plates provided). There were plenty of cutlery items and the cooker was with ignition.
The beds were comfortable and you have plenty of space in the living for activities with kids.
The key code we received was wrong. We had to call for the correct code (the SMS from the owner reached us only one hour after our announced arrival).
The ventilation is not very efficient in the bathroom and the bunk beds area.
The instructions for how to sort the trash and where to put it were not clear for a foreigner (we use a totally different system at home and we had to check on the internet to understand how it works in the Vosges). It would have been better to have a short instruction like: "keep all packaging (plastics, paper, cans) and bring them to the collecting points on the road, and for all other items, use the red bag you find in the room". An additional bag for recycling items would be useful to find in the room for future guests (we were lucky and took a big one from home).
The worst for us was that the "standard" cleaning was not efficient enough for taking out the animal hair from a previous occupant (found out later that the pet was not correctly declared). They offered us a cleaning and excuses but it was too late as the allergy was already launched :(. For people with allergies like us, we might try next time to announce the owner in advance or to choose a different accommodation.
The restaurants in the area had all different schedules and days off so you need to check in advance before going in one direction or another to eat out. Sometimes, what you find on the internet is not matching the actual opening hours.
