The apartment is located 920 meters above sea level in the countryside, near hiking trails, 800 meters from the ski slopes of Francis thatch and 500 m from the cross country ski trails.
This apartment is duplex, in a small farmhouse immersed in greenery. Ground floor: living room consists of a kitchen open to living room with sofa bed and TV, opening onto a private balcony with garden furniture and barbecue. Wooden stairs leading down to the garden level: 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher - washing machine - microwave - coffee, .......
Separate entrance, which is accessed by a small bridge. Private parking in front of the entrance. Storage room and ski lockers.
Downtown Gerardmer and shops 2 kms. Beach Lake Gerardmer to 2. 5 kms.
Ski area of La Bresse 8 kms
Possibility to rent for 2 nights minimum outside of school holidays.
We accept chéques ANCV.
Payment 30% on booking, balance 1 month prior to rental.

Très bon séjour , nous avons profité des ballades en raquettes à proximité, avec un horaire souple pour l arrivée et le départ , très bon accueil

L'appartement est d'une surface correcte avec des prestations standards.
A noter que le stationnement est facile devant l'appartement.
Les chambres sont d'une superficie réduite après l'installation d'un lit 2 places.
La passerelle en bois d'accès à l'appartement est à rénover suite à la chute de neige durant l'hiver.
