Proximity to good eataries and trains. Thanks heavens for the lovely lady there, she sorted the insane keycard caper, you get locked put, nopassports, end of good times.
Keycard nightmare, paid for an empty coffee cup, locker entered by thieves, look elswhere, plenty of rooms for same cost.

Clean and close to station, easy check in. The vending machine did decent enough coffee and th kids loved the hot chocolate

The room was fairly clean and the hotel is close to the train station. It had hot water, it was warm and not expensive for Zurich. The self-checking worked well. Our room had a window. There are free storage lockers in the lobby.
Room is very basic and a bit run down. We've stayed in Easy Hotels before but this one is the worst one we've seen. Lift is too small for two people with travel bags, bathroom sink is too small and designed in a strange way, basically, making it impossible to wash your face. No toilet brush. There are no staff on premises, like ever, not one single person. This is not safe and makes this hotel not suitable for solo travelers, especially women. We would not stay here again.
