Fantastic buffet breakfast. Access to the incredible spa and fitness centre was the highlight of my stay. The semi-rural neighborhood was perfect for walks in nature.

When we arrived, we met Joel who was working the front desk, he was very helpful and patient he did his best to accommodate us! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone it is really convenient to the mall next door with an adjoining door to the mall. Our stay was lovely and especially Joel who was so wonderful did a great job. Breakfast was lovely and there were a lot of dishes to choose from. If I were to visit Zurich again, I will stay here, I loved this hotel!
The only thing I would change would be the pillows; they were too soft and almost flat. I think we should have a choice between a soft pillow and a firm one!

The room was overall fine and comfortable, but the staff didn’t feel very welcoming during our stay. The property itself is a bit old and could use some updates. Overall, an average experience.
