About this house rental
This charming 132 m² house in Précy-sur-Marne can accommodate up to 9 guests. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- 35 m² living room with TV, stove, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with double bed (140×190) and bathroom (with shower, bath and WC)
- Separate WC
1st floor :
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: with 1 single bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- 24 m² sliding and removable veranda with table and chairs
- A beautiful 300 m² enclosed, non-shared garden with furniture for sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Précy-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit near the apartment all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

We had a great stay here. The location was really handy for Disneyland (the reason for our visit) only a 20 minute drive away. The house was really clean and well looked after, and Hortense (our contact) was super responsive and helpful.
