L'emplacement, l'appartement en lui-même, la facilité d'accès, la disponibilité d'Alex dans les échanges.
L'appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu : les commandes de volets roulants sont défaillantes (chambre sur cour intérieure) ou ne fonctionnent plus (chambre donnant sur la terrasse). Le plancher en bois de la terrasse est dangereusement enfoncé à un endroit. Nous avons regretté l'absence d'articles de toilette gratuits tels que promis dans le descriptif. De même, le descriptif annonçait un "grand lit double" dans 1 des chambres alors que les 3 lits étaient en 140. Et seulement 1 rouleau de papier toilette dans chacun des 2 WC pour 3 jours/ 2 nuits et 6 personnes ... un peu étonnant. L'accès au parking est très difficile et étroit sans risquer d'abîmer la carrosserie, même pour une petite berline.
