Park up to 3 cars. This is the upper floor apartment with direct access to the top floor terrace. The villa is divided into two distincts two bed apartments. A private concierge is always a phone call away Neighborhood is convenient with direct access to the sand beach across and all groceries few minutes walk. Note: there is a railroad across the property. Access via stairs only. Outdoors areas might be shared with the other apartment. The bonus bachelor pad is on the ground floor with its own locked door only suitable for adults 18 or more. Not meant as a children room. Do not touch the watering or electrical system. Children are not to be left alone on the top floor terrace or the yard. There are some outdoors cameras on the property for your safety. Always lock all doors.
