About this villa rental
Luxurious 3 bedroom neo provencal villa with private pool (9m x6m including steps) which can sleep up to 6/8 guests. All rooms open onto a south facing terrace with mature landscaped gardens. Outside dining area with BBQ to enjoy your alfresco dining experience. The villa, which is not overlooked, is situated in a secure domaine in Antibes, just 15 mins from Nice airport. The famous Meditterranean resorts of Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo are all close by and the medieval provencal villages of Biot and Mougin are within easy reach by car. Antibes itself is an ancient port founded in the 4th century and today boasts one of the finest yachting harbours on the Cote d'Azur. The town centre is fascinating with its vast array of excellent restaurants and individual craft shops. There are also many markets and museums to visit and enjoy during your stay in Antibes. The area boasts many fine golf courses such as Royal Mougins, Cannes Mougins and Valbonne. The ski slopes of Isola 2000 and Auron are 50 mins by car.

We had a lovely 2 week stay here.
Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect.
At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure.
We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side.
Not much else to mention other than everything is just really nice and felt like home.
The pool was really good but very cold, I believe it is heated but this wasn't turned on and we felt too embarrassed to ask when the temperature was nearly 30 degrees.
The only other thing is we weren't given the gate code before hand to get in to the gated development so made finding it a little tricky but 1 phone call soon fixed this.

We stayed in August 2023, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very private which we wanted.
We had communicated with the owner before we travelled and she passed on all information required.
We were greeted by local agent Marc who was lovely and explained everything we needed to know in the villa. We had communicated with Marc before we arrived and he advised he was available should we have any issues whilst we were there - which we didn't.
All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean. A bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived was a nice touch and very much appreciated as it was very hot when we stayed. The pool wasn't heated but that wasn't needed when the weather was so warm.
As the villa is in a private location so a car is required, the very large local supermarket was only a 5 min drive away.
This villa is a great location for exploring other area's such as Cannes/Monaco/Nice/Grasse.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

We will at all time recommend the house. Good communication with staff. Way to many ants around the house because of the garden. Very private spot in a private locked community close to great facilities and groceries.

This villa is situated in a private domain,which is very private and quite.There is a good size swimming pool with a beautifully kept garden .The Villa is very well furnished and equipped, so it is very comfortable.the owner was extremely helpful. We had a great time. We strongly recommend this Villa.We will go again.
