Juan Flore is a large 91m² apartment, perfect for accommodating 6 people. It is very sunny and equipped with an air cooler. It is located in a prestigious residence with a swimming pool in Juan Les Pins.
On the 2nd floor with a lift, it has a beautiful 32 m² terrace with a dining area and a panoramic sea view.
Tastefully furnished, it benefits from a quality layout.
It consists of an open-plan kitchen fully equipped, opening onto the living room with a dining area, 3 bedrooms all with 2 single beds that can be joined into a large bed and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub as well as a separate toilet.
It is a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches and 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants. During the summer, you can enjoy the Jazz Festival and the surrounding towns like CANNES, MOUGINS, GOLF JUAN etc.
The opening periods of the swimming pool are from June 1st to September 30th.

I recently stayed at this property in Juan de La Pins and overall, I had a positive experience. The location was fantastic - it was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which was great for me and my family. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free, which was a relief after a long day of traveling.
However, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise great stay. Firstly, there was no toilet paper provided upon our arrival, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the dryer in the room was quite dirty and sticky, which was not ideal. Finally, the parking garage was very small and difficult to maneuver, and there was barely enough space to park our vehicle.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend this rental for its excellent location and spacious accommodations. The host was also helpful and responsive, which was appreciated. Overall, it was an above-average stay, and the host even brought over a new hair dryer when the one in the room didn't work.

Alle Ausstattung in ausreichender Menge für 6 Personen vorhanden. Tolle Gartenanlage mit schönen Pool. Wunderschöner Meerblick von der riesigen Dachterrasse aus!

Wohnung war sauber und ohne Mängel, Einrichtung hauptsächlich IKEA schon etwas abgewohnt, aber noch ok. Leichte Lärmbelästigung durch Bahngleise zwischen Anlage und Strand und Einflugschneise Flughafen, aber nicht sehr laut oder störend.
